Delivering revenue targets as per budget.
Planning and monitoring, customer calling program for the assigned portfolio to generate new business and smooth handling of operational queries with Correspondent Banks. .
Developing plans for the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas.
Monitoring risk and ensuring that the relationship strategy is in line with the Bank and FI policy & guidelines. .
Assesses all credits – Country and Banks, to ensure all related risks are identified and addressed in every Credit Proposal.
Facilitating and driving the culture of cross-selling and integration across the Division and its businesses to maximize revenues and profitability for the Bank.
Maintaining senior level customer contacts and act as a link between the banks globally and DIB.
Assisting wherever applicable the development of remedial action plans that are necessary to minimize losses.
Monitor Country and Bank exposures including Rating changes and triggers recommended by the approvers.
Developing a strong audit culture by ensuring all Risk, Compliance and Operational guidelines and procedures are adhered to.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Minimum 8 - 10Years of Commercial Banking / FI experience of which at least 8 years of Relationship Management exposure is a must.
