Transformation PMO enablement:
a. Coordinate activities within the Transformation – PMO for it function effectively within the organization. Such work will include organizing meetings, keeping minutes, records etc.
b. Maintain adequate relationships within the organization to enable Transformation-PMO access to stakeholder time.
Project Coordination and oversight
a. To monitor project plans and deadlines for allocated projects and/or parts of projects.
b. Effective with hybrid work model including WFH.
