Emirates Development Bank (EDB) announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Senior Vice President, mSMEs) according to the following:

• Spearhead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts and enhance corporate relations to meet bank’s objective of increasing bank’s MSMEs banking market share.
• Train, guide and motivate team members; monitor and evaluate their performance on a periodical basis and ensure that departmental efforts are coordinated in meeting customer requirements to enhance compliance with the standard operating protocols.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring that new relationships achieve maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile.
• Ensure all relationships are in compliance with bank regulations and policies; 
• Manage the relationship with existing and potential target mSME and Business Sector customers and coordinate with the respective departments/ units within the Bank to ensure processing of customers’ needs on priority basis.
• Supervise the identification of new sales/cross-sell opportunities, launch targeted sales efforts to bring revenues on board by ensuring coordination with Director of Business Finance.
• Assist in providing solutions to customers’ needs with respect to banking products.
• Supervise the identification and selection of target partners for indirect financing.
• Develop target penetration plan and negotiate terms with partner banks and enter in to MoUs with respective entities.
• Examine the strategic financing application submitted by the client and determine clients eligibility for type and the amount of loan to be processed according to the financing guidelines set by the Bank. 
• Meet with applicants regarding their financial and project development concern, negotiate guarantees, collaterals and conduct site tours. 
• Assist prospective and existing clients by receiving all customer applications and effectively addressing client concerns and queries on financing requests.
• Prepare, review and execute complete and appropriate legal and security documents required for respective transactions assigned and ensure that such documents comply with the highest international standards, formats and requirements and to protect the interests of the Bank.
• Implement the ‘one-point of contact’ approach to respond to and resolve all customer needs and queries pertaining to project finance transactions.
• Contribute to the provision of a high level of customer service by ensuring that all requirements for facilities are handled promptly and efficiency to provide proper corporate image and customer service.
• Closely monitor developments on assigned transactions and identify and timely report on all negative events and early signals on potential problematic transactions, accounts and or relationships.
• Represent the Bank at professional and industry organizations/ venues to ensure dissemination of knowledge of EDB's offerings relating to project finance.
