Assist the Vice President with miscellaneous administration of the client portfolio ensuring all documentation and customer files is maintained in accordance with EDB’s policies and procedures.
Extract and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts and other financial reports, providing accurate assessments.
Draft and assist the Vice President or Senior Vice President to complete product requests.
Develop relationships with intermediaries including Accountants, ensuring all referrals is referred to the Vice President or Senior Vice President.
Assist the VP or SVP to manage the Bank’s relationship with customers within their assigned portfolio.
Attend manner and in keeping with established service standards.
Support improvement of the relevant customer service / customer satisfaction outcomes for the portfolios.
Control the Workflow with the operation team.
Accountable for maintaining high data quality standards by ensuring information captured in the Bank’s systems and documentation are correct and maintained in a timely manner.
Accountable for operating responsibly within the parameters of your approved delegations.
Achieve audit and compliance objectives with corporate policies and procedures, as well as complying with industry code of practice and legislative requirements.
Allocate work to subordinate(s) and supervise direct reportee(s) in their day-to-day tasks and guide them during absences of VP or SVP.
Performance by providing appropriate feedback and counseling when tasks are delegated.
