Processing of Balance confirmation letter issuance (System generated) and generate the letters based on the original customer instruction received from RBG/CBG/WBG/BBG.
Processing of the WPS salaries received from the RBG/CBG/WBG/BBG.
Maintain a track record for instruction received from the different channels for better monitoring and easy path.
Upkeep all records in dual custody, custodian of chub keys, retrieval of records and MIS updating as per requirement.
Vouchers/letters & Physical cheques to be recorded and forwarded to GRM Compiles and prepares reports, control sheets and other documents as instructed.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by the management.
Handling with care all the cheques and related documents to ensure Safety / Verification / System Updates and transactions are correct and error free.
Ensure compliance with CBI's code of conduct and all other process and procedures circulated from time to time, related to Clean Desk, Dress Code, Discipline, Attendance etc.
Liaises between central operations and all branch and division colleagues. Transmits directives, instructions and assignments and follows up on status of assignments / projects.
