 IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (IKS-Manager und Non-financial Risk Controller (m/w/d)) according to the following

• Within the “Liquidity Risk Controlling and Non-Financial Risks” team, you will be the central contact person in the “Non-Financial Risks” sub-team for all questions regarding IKB’s group-wide internal control system (ICS) and will be responsible for reporting and quantification tasks in controlling non-financial risks. You will analyze processes and claims to identify and control non-financial risks in the IKB Group
• To ensure uniform and complete documentation of the essential process-inherent risks and associated controls, you support the departments through formal quality assurance regarding compliance with the requirements for the design of the ICS
• You coordinate the annual cycle of the ICS control cycle and, in order to check the plausibility, you are involved in the self-assessments to be carried out by the operational units regarding the appropriateness and effectiveness of the key controls that have been set up. In addition, you will also carry out independent control testing of key controls
• For reporting to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, you coordinate the information on the ICS (in particular the results of the ICS control loop) and derive an overall statement on IKB's group-wide ICS
• You ensure ongoing coordination with other control functions (especially the second line of defense), operational areas and relevant projects and promote the implementation of measures to better interlink the activities to be carried out
• In the further development of the areas of responsibility, you will also be involved in specialist projects in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank-specific requirements
• You will be available to advise and train bank employees as a contact person
