Comprehensive and responsible support for the global relationship bankers in the diverse tasks involved in customer support for public sector customers in Germany and Austria
Supporting the Global Relationship Bankers in the management and development of the client portfolio
Administrative activities relating to existing and new customer relationships (including KYC processes, credit processes) as well as the preparation of internal data and the provision of reports
Analyzing market and product developments as well as trends in the public sector
Research activities on topics and business opportunities in the public sector, including with a view to the needs of public budgets, budget issues, product and service solutions
Creation of customer-specific analyses
Creation of customer presentations, pitch books and management reports
Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
Coordination of customer business in HSBC's international network through regular exchange with colleagues
