You will identify and contact business customers as part of a team support in outbound with a focus on efficiently developing customers for digital payment solutions in stationary retail and eCommerce.
In the consulting center team, you support the holistic and profit-oriented exploitation of the customer portfolio for business and private purposes and identify potential customers for the “business customers” and “corporate customers” segments. Submit your potential to an experienced consultant.
You are responsible for needs-based advice and sales/mediation via new media (video advice, chat, co-browsing, telephony) in all questions relating to digital payment solutions in stationary retail and eCommerce. You will specifically introduce customers to the online offering for digital payment solutions and, if necessary, carry out video consultations.
They know how to use new media and consistently use all the tools available in their omni-channel workplace.
You know the sales and brokerage processes for business customers
They continuously develop their specialist, sales, process, banking product and digitalization know-how
