 Emirates Development Bank (EDB) announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Cash Management,Implementation Manager) according to the following:

  • Product Implementation: Develop a detailed implementation plan, including timelines / milestones and execution.
  • Customer Focus: Execute smooth implementations and provide relevant product trainings to respective customers and to internal staff members.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure that all functionalities meet predefined specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality testing along with IT to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
  • Coordination: Act as a main point of contact between internal IT team, Fintech partner, and other stakeholders (specially Operations).
  • Documentation: Make sure relevant documents and approvals are in place before implementing any product / offerings.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for implementation-related issues, coordinating with the product and support teams including IT / Operations to reach resolutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect feedback during and post-implementation to inform future projects and product updates to product and IT teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on implementation progress, including status reports and post-implementation reviews.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 – 12 years of experience in software implementation, ideally in financial services or Fintech environments.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash management solutions, API integrations, database management, and cloud services.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to cash management services.
  • Implementation Management: Experience in working with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation / execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and metrics.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
