Emirates Islamic announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Head of Cards Sales) according to the following:
- Provide link between business expectations and sales organizational Capabilities
- Generate Cross Sell opportunities to Existing Customer Database.
- Relationship Building visits to existing and new prospects
- Achieving cross sell retail products by identifying customer needs to offer the right product.
- Maintain, manage and enhance a portfolio of Credit Cards product with strong relationship in order to build up a prospect database.
- Develop and prepare sales quarterly/yearly business plan and proposal for incentive structure for the higher management to approve.
- Seek approval, propose and coordinate with the Head of Sales for deviation/deferral/recommendation of a finance submission on case to case basis
- Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
- Train resources on Product, Policy, Documentation, competition offerings etc. Training programs ongoing basis.
- Conduct Performance appraisals monthly/ quarterly and yearly basis and recommend Retention solution and Skill Enhancement training via HR.
- Conduct Regular Monthly Meetings to resolve issues and process enhancement procedures.
- Work closely with credit/operations department for remedial and counteractive actions to be taken, case to case basis, when required.
- Effective lead management and Initiate sales promotions with adherence to the marketing principles of the bank for an improved customer acquisition management.
- Closely work with higher management and strategic planners for an enhanced/improved planning and decision making
- Maintain a low risk rating by the business and Shariah compliance.
- Maintain attrition by sourcing New to bank Acquisition to balance the portfolio and timely Renewal of Deposits (Applicable to Liabilities)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Must have at least 15 – 20 years of total experience.
- Possess in depth knowledge of the products and services, associated charges/fees, legal provisions, and their delivery process.
- Able to act as a mentor to the Team Leaders.
- Clarifies goals of the team. Makes team members own their performance levels. Encourages team to promote new ideas. Builds on individual strength and recognizes team’s performance.
- Gives directions & demonstrations with reasons & rationale. Monitors development on a regular basis.
