Emirates NBD announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in uae (Director - Ecommerce & Digitization) according to the following:

  • Execute Approved Treasury Products through different GM&T Product execution digital platforms.
  • Work with Head of E-Commerce & Digitization in marketing of Treasury White Label platforms as per digitization strategy.
  • Training to internal and external clients on Treasury products which can be executed through the online digital platforms. 
  • Work closely with RM team to target new clients to onboard to ENBD digital platform.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations of the e-commerce systems and timely escalations to the IT department if required.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, and partners to ensure that the organizations digital sales strategy is successful. 
  • To ensure GM&T policies and procedures are always adhered.
  • Marketing of the Digital platform to new clients.
  • Demos and presentations to clients.
  • Linking into the WB digitization strategy.
  • Enhancing product suite from currently offered.
  • Understand and analyze the client requirements, Monitor usage and report income to the Head of Sales.
  • Explain and bring awareness of the opportunities of using the system. Assist and guide them in quantifying the benefits of having the system and assess the impact of the system on their organization and on the operation of the Business. Assisting the sales force with pre-sales activity such as proposal preparation, systems demonstrations and presentations, particularly in relation to larger and more important clients
  • Conducting trainings for the system at the time of system handover and providing documentation to aid the client.
  • Technical & Professional: Understanding of the relevant business processes. Compliance requirements. Ability to interact with various internal departments. Ability to create and write procedures.
  • Problem Solving is essential.
  • Managerial & Leadership: Ability to establish effective working relationships up to Unit Managers. Strong communication and Influencing skills.
  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 year experience in managing E commerce platform in Financial Institutions / Banks .
  • Education/Certification: Graduate or Post Graduate/ ACI Dealing Certificate.
  • Job Knowledge : Strong knowledge & Understanding of MM, FX, FX Forwards & Options.
  • Marketing & Selling Skills to develop the E-commerce Business.
  • Good working Knowledge of E commerce Platforms.
