Société Générale announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (Client Service Account Manager, Payments & Cash Management (m/f/d)) according to the following

  • Supervision of customer activities and monitoring of service quality for the responsible customer portfolio, including defined VIP customers.
  • Prompt and comprehensive response to all customer inquiries from the responsible customer portfolio
  • Proactive customer communication as well as internal follow-up and escalation of service issues
  • Coordination of onboarding of new customers
  • Management or support of implementation projects including contract preparation, account opening, test coordination, recording of project meetings, etc.
  • Customer master data management
  • Obtaining information about the business and strategy of the VIP customers served 
  • Participation in customer appointments together with the Cash Management Sales Manager
  • Preparation and implementation of annual client service reviews
  • Tasks related to the processing of domestic guarantees.
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration or comparable qualification (banking apprenticeship or additional qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience in a bank or in corporate treasury, ideally in international cash management
  • Basic understanding of compliance, KYC processes and risk management
  • Understanding of the structure and business specifics of the customer organization
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, another language is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in data management is an advantage
  • High level of customer orientation and empathy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
