Société Générale announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (Client Service Account Manager, Payments & Cash Management (m/f/d)) according to the following
Supervision of customer activities and monitoring of service quality for the responsible customer portfolio, including defined VIP customers.
Prompt and comprehensive response to all customer inquiries from the responsible customer portfolio
Proactive customer communication as well as internal follow-up and escalation of service issues
Coordination of onboarding of new customers
Management or support of implementation projects including contract preparation, account opening, test coordination, recording of project meetings, etc.
Customer master data management
Obtaining information about the business and strategy of the VIP customers served
Participation in customer appointments together with the Cash Management Sales Manager
Preparation and implementation of annual client service reviews
Tasks related to the processing of domestic guarantees.
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration or comparable qualification (banking apprenticeship or additional qualification)
Several years of professional experience in a bank or in corporate treasury, ideally in international cash management
Basic understanding of compliance, KYC processes and risk management
Understanding of the structure and business specifics of the customer organization
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, another language is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in data management is an advantage
High level of customer orientation and empathy
Strong communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking & acting
Independent and proactive way of working with a high level of attention to detail and good time management
