• Monitor Program reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management Management
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across Projects.
• Ensure cross-project dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
• Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting;
• Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
• Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
• Establish in coordination with stakeholders the priorities that are called for to deliver strategic deliverables 
• Assess and recommend key decisions regarding project milestones and deliverables 
• Ensure that stakeholder conflict in terms of priorities are resolved in quick time 
• Benefits realization to be a key metric in project success evaluation 
• Project payback process to be effected to establish true realization of set goals.
• A minimum of 10-15 years experience in Banking or service industry.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Supervisory position.
• Leading teams in diverse project scenarios 
• Program Management covering multiple projects 
• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Experience of managing a PMO office
• Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 5 to 25 people
• Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business, Administration or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
• Six Sigma or similar certification desirable.
