  • Support oversight of compliance for retail Banking. 
  • Monitor and track KYC remediation for all segments within Retail Banking and Wealth Management. 
  • Track and monitor progress and report to Head of Governance on action points for implementation on Ops, Controls, audit and compliance. 
  • Support Head of Governance to identify and mange operational risk matters for Retail Banking and Wealth Management. 
  • Support monitoring of fraud investigation reports and actionable items. 
  • Assist in identification of control and implementation gaps and oversee remedial actions. 
  • Support Head of Governance to monitor, track and report on audits pertaining to RBWM. 
  • Ensure corrective action is taken to meet business objectives. 
  • Advice and report on lessons learnt and minimizing future occurrences. 
  • Review details of changes to systems in line with RBWM requirements. 
  • Advice on system enhancements for better customer service experience and lower transaction costs. 
  • Support details of training on compliance, Fraud prevention and business level controls 
  • Support building a culture of compliance amongst all staff especially sourcing, branch and relationship teams. 
  • Graduate with understanding of business, local regulations and current developments. 
  • Conversant with full range of banking products and services
  • Experience in banking with extensive experience in operations, retail banking and branch banking. 
  • A proven track record of consistent performance and achievements. 
  • Understanding of all banking operations, product, policies, regulations, compliance and risk management is needed. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation skills, Good organizational leadership and interpersonal skills are a must. 
  • Good knowledge of the policy, procedures, standards, local and international regulations and the legislation of the prevention of money laundering 
  • Analytical thinking/ business oriented
  • Interpersonal across work groups
  • Self-motivated, Team player, Ability to work with senior management teams.
