• Supporting the functional implementation, configuration and testing of the Actimize RCM/ActOne solution
• Definition, documentation and validation of the Target Operating Model for processing of alerts, investigation and case management in all regions and business areas based on the Actimize solution
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and initiating improvement measures
• Supporting the functional implementation and testing of Actimize automation features
• Coordination with regional and business unit stakeholders to ensure efficient and harmonized implementation during the multi-year global rollout .
• Completed studies in relevant subjects or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of money laundering prevention, especially in transaction monitoring in a global bank
• Experience implementing Actimize systems: ActOne or RCM
• Significant expertise in AML/CTF and a solid understanding of AML/CTF risks and detection bases across geographies and lines of business
• Understanding of the banking products in a globally active institution and the associated money laundering risks and data flows
• Ability to communicate clearly and purposefully (orally and in writing) across all levels of the organization with a particular focus on senior management of the bank
• Ability to act risk-consciously, in particular to identify risks, control weaknesses and the development of appropriate and proportional security measures
• Understanding of banking regulation and regulatory investigations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile delivery model is a bonus
