- Research, analyze, and evaluate emerging fintech trends, including blockchain, AI, machine learning, digital currencies, and others.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external fintech companies, startups, and technology providers.
- Lead or contribute to innovation initiatives and related to fintech and emerging technology.
- Identify KPIs and use them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to identify areas for technological advancement and enhancement of financial products/services.
- Innovation in Products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact for employees, customers or advisors
- Collaborate with Design, Technology, and POs to implement fintech solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to fintech and emerging technologies.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of fintech tools
- Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team when required
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience
- Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives
- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
- Proven experience in fintech, emerging technology, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, AI, machine learning, digital payments, and other relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the context of emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Deep experience in Digital Product development and marketing
- Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling capability and objectives through technology
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi region brand
- Knowledge of Lean and agile software development processes
- 7+ years of total experience including 3+ years leading product development and digitization
- Worked using lean and agile software development processes
- Implemented Digitization of Processes using Fintech solutions
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand.
