- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets in all Wealth Management products
- Build and deepen relationships with existing WM customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
- Handle portfolio of customers who are of a higher and more sensitive nature.
- Assessment of the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as well as the existing portfolio
- Ensure that the service standards of WM are met and maintained
- Provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure proper documentation is done across products and timely draw-down.
- Update customers on the global economic policies and trends; be abreast with information on equities, bonds, commodities, futures, options, indices, bullion, derivatives
- Offer products that suits the customers risk profile and appetite
- Be fully abreast with the market competition to be able to provide information to the customer on products without any bias
- Be able to manage an incremental portfolio of relationships; liabilities, AUM and assets
- Advise and promote Mortgage, SME business and other businesses of the bank and to refer potential cases to the respective business
- Be fully aware of entire product and service range available in WM programme and keep abreast of market developments, both global as well as local
- Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements
- Experienced in Wealth Management and relationship management in a similar HNWI relationship management role in banks
- Experience in advisory level on investment product offerings
- Strong selling and inter-personal skills required to market new customers and sell bank products
- Knowledge on investment products and skills to evaluate customers need using analytical approach
- Knowledge on market economics and the working dynamics of the stock / share / commodities / equities
- Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards
- Relationship Management skills
- Ability to understand alternative investment opportunities to resist competitive pressures and retain clients.
