- Maintain & supervise Goods & services, offices supplies , Equipments, Stationery ,Hospitality ,Hotels services /Travel , Events ,Transportation , office boys, Subscriptions across Mashreq
- Maintain highest quality of Services deliver within the Turn Around time and Operation service level activities agreed with Division/Groups & minimize costs of related services
- Manage the end-to-end process of Trade licenses and membership certifications (new/renewal/cancellation) for all MB and subsidiaries premises across UAE in coordination with various Regulatory authorities and Government institutions such as Municipality, Immigration, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Department, DIFC, Free zone authorities like TECOM, JAFZA ,DAFZA/SCA etc.
- Supervise and manage the process of obtaining timely permits for all Bank Marketing campaigns and Draw promotions
- Responsible for executing all administrative works related to HR, MIT and MLS /Lean without compromising on quality and strengthening the service culture internally to achieve customer satisfaction by simplifying and standardizing the current processes
- Graduate preferably from a prestigious university
- Knowledge of related local regulations (rules of ED, immigration, municipality, CB etc.)
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Administrative, Operational/Government functions in supervisory level
- Adequate knowledge about local market and product price & local regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills and innovative .
- Computer skills (windows environment etc.)
- Proven leadership skills / qualities along with strong inter-personnel, communication and organization skills.
