Assist, review and amend the Group Compliance risk-based compliance monitoring plan (CMP)
Review the control environment to identify key compliance risks and controls
Assist in coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to capture compliance risks and identify key reviews to be undertaken.
Implementation and execution of the approved Group Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP)
Conduct CMP assigned reviews assigned by the Compliance Monitoring Plan Lead
Positively engage with key stakeholders prior to and during conducting reviews
Conduct ad-hoc reviews as and when required
Track remediation activity to ensure timely closure of issues raised from previous reviews
Contribute to the preparation of the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) Progress Report
Maintain and prepare the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan related MI and Reporting.
Maintain and monitor all issues identified have been captured in the tracker
Assist Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) Lead in ad-hoc tasks
Assist in updating the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) Policy and related procedures as and when required
Track the policy revision date and distribute revised draft policy to stakeholders for review
Compile feedback and update policy accordingly.
