The role will be integral to the Retail Strategy team and will lead strategy development and implementation across the division, strategy development as needed for business and support units, initiate and support new business development, carry out internal and market benchmarking and collation of market intelligence.
This role will lead and strategize the expansion of our liability book, collaborating with sales and segment teams.
Drive initiatives for overall liability growth and oversee specialized campaigns, particularly focusing on key segments like payroll customers.
Provide recommendation and directions to liabilities product team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing growth opportunities in the market
Work with segments to improve new money from existing customers either through focused customer campaigns or through sales boosters
Review and benchmark competition and come up with new benefits and process improvements to influence customer experience.
Meet business goals on all key parameters i.e., new acquisition, funding, balance growth & revenue
Monitor all customer accounts closely and take appropriate action from time to time to remediate if there are any slippage with respect to regulatory requirements
Review opportunity and do end to end process creation for the launch of new customer campaigns, programs, and offers from time to time addressing both individual and non-individual customer base
Prepare annual sourcing budgets in conjunction and discussion with manager and allocate goals meaningfully across all sourcing channels in discussion and agreement with them.
Come up with best-in-class innovative solutions with respect to products, processes, or features on the existing products to create differentiation / value to customers.
Provide insights and ideas based on deep understanding of customer/product trends and metrics using business analytic, research, surveys, mystery shopping, and industry & market data and Focus on digital, real-time marketing and alternate channel acquisitions.
